Meet Taylor
As a therapist, I believe that every person deserves to be deeply seen, heard, and accepted. My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where vulnerability is met with compassion, and where trust can grow at your own pace. I know from both my professional and personal experience as a neurodivergent individual that the journey toward self-understanding and self-acceptance can be transformative.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I draw on my background in education, research, and lived experience to provide neurodiversity-affirming care for children, adolescents, and adults—including those who are twice-exceptional, autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. Rather than focusing on “fixing” challenges, I help clients recognize and build on their strengths. Together, we integrate relational work, creative exploration, and practical strategies to support your growth and well-being in all areas of life.
For Adults
Activate your strengths
Yes, you have superpowers. We’ll explore your unique strengths and challenges in a supportive, affirming space.
Build self-acceptance
It’s one thing to know what you’re dealing with.
It’s another to know how to accept it and use it as your own tool. Together, we’ll honor your true self and develop strategies for navigating your day-to-day life (school, work, relationships, all of it!).
Foster resilience and confidence
We will celebrate all steps you’ve taken, big and small. My goal is for you to develop a sense of self-efficacy that lasts far beyond our time together. This will include us working collaboratively to set meaningful goals and ways you can celebrate your own progress.
For Children
Your child’s advocate
I understand how difficult it is to watch your child struggle and not be recognized for their gifts and all the potential you see. Rather than focusing only on “fixing” their challenges, we will use a strengths-based approach to bring light to their gifts. Your child’s differences don’t have to hold them back. They can be the very key to a reality where your child thrives as their real, full self beyond adolescence.
Your personal guide
Many parents feel lost in navigating these situations due to a lack of resources/guidance for taking a different path. We will work as a team. I want to be a bridge and a resource for you and your child, and I want to connect you with as many avenues of support as possible.
Lifelong tools for everyone
We’ll find strategies that work for your child’s unique presentation and challenges. We’ll magnify and activate their strengths and explore all possible future paths, equipping them with the skills to be resilient and practice self advocacy. This is essential to your child’s journey as they inadvertently find themselves within systems that may not cater to their needs.
My Approach
Let’s face it: the current systems we have in place so often do not meet us where we need them the most. So many of us feel lonely, misunderstood, and lost, especially if we are different in some way.
I want to meet you where you are at—validating your experiences, helping you develop coping skills, and empowering you to live the way you want.
If you’re navigating:
Depression/Anxiety
ADHD
Autism
Giftedness/2e
School troubles
Relational issues
We will find ways to help you not only cope within your current circumstances, but thrive in the life you cultivate for yourself.
Together, we will…
